It's a place to start, just not finish They pay below industry standards, and they know it. They just don't care. If you complain they either start to micro-manage your work and say how lucky you are to even have a job in this economy/industry The annual reviews were a joke. A nit-picking fest that only further reduced already poor company morale and served as away to deny raises and keep you in your place. There was at least 1 employee on every shift who was absolutely gold-bricking it. But somehow figured out how to stay employed. Not a long term fit for the ambitious, only those who are lazy and OK with being underpaid, just to have a job.
