It gets worse with time The "brilliant" COO, he was the head of IT, has adopted a model of shared office space around the DMV. This might work for a start up tech firm but not for an international NGO. It's confusing, frustrating, a shameful waste of time and renders you pretty much unproductive while you search for people. Morale is slowly dwindling with such ridiculous systems. We need a COO that understands how to encourage and drive business in the international development space. Not one that is only interested in the latest and greatest IT gadgets.
