Intermediate Architect Long hours, micromanagement, completely unorganized, no office culture. Upper management is rude and unhelpful. You are expected, not asked, to work many weekends in a row and are not given compensation time afterwards unless you ask for it, and upper management usually looks down on this. Overall really horrible work environment and ALL employees seem unhappy and overworked.
