Ineffective and unscrupulous management, incompetent leadership In time of trouble, superb companies are judged less by how they operate when things go right than by how they handle situations when things go wrong. The company's completely horrific management of the COVID-19 crisis and, frankly, the months leading up to it are a prime example of why they are not a company that leads with integrity or competence. Talent, relationships, and skill are not important for success at Questex. It is not a place where innovation and dedication are rewarded or appreciated. The cheapest solution will always win out, much to the detriment of incredible people, clients, and brands.
