If you have no self-respect and want to be belittled, this is your place! Terrible and I mean TERRIBLE management. CEO and COO are pretentious and at first everybody in the office is "nice" but then here comes the gossiping and the lack of respect. There's also this lingering feeling like the COO is always watching over you, working there is toxic and you get faced with so much hostility over a simple mistake. Your company in my opinion still has a high turn over rate and don't get me started about the lack of training you provided. Also, lack of communication seems to be a trend in this company but hey, that's just me.
