I wish CRP was more like they claim to be. Executive team fights among each other and it trickles down into the different departments causing what the company keeps referring to as silos. The starting pay is pretty low for the industry and you can see that in the talent they attract in the mid to entry level positions. There is very little upward mobility unless you work in certain departments.
