I completely agree with the review titled Immature Leadership Little to no process, which leads to confusion regarding roles and responsibilities and ultimately slows down the team and business. Every project and initiative is treated as top priority, which makes it difficult for team to focus and deliver. This also leads to lack of work-life balance. Systems are a huge pain point. Be prepared to do a lot of manual work. Unclear and unrealistic expectations. Not upfront about what company and role is like during the interview process. If you are interviewing there, make sure to ask a lot of questions and dig deep into what exactly you will be expected to do every day. Immense workload with a lean team and the expectation to work late nights, weekends and holidays without additional compensation or appreciation. Work-life balance is not enforced or respected.
