Horrible Everything.HR dept. has never been out to a location, nor talks to anyone as the HR person should be able to meet and listen to concerns. HR dept. there has taken the "Human" out and could careless. Accounting doesn't know any aspect of what the employees do. A work environment should work as a TEAM. Its not like that at all. HQ only cares about what benefits them; there are no concerns for others. As long as they get to take their long lunches and not answer phones and weekends off, they don't give a crap.
