Horrible. Toxic work environment The thing that calls himself the owner, Dave Defreitas. A horrible man, owner, manager, and overall human being. He is someone who cannot hood himself accountable for anything. He does not know how to deal with, or work with people. He?s a bully, tyrant,and someone I can honestly say I?m happy to not be working for anymore. Most employees are afraid of him, which creates a hostile toxic work environment. The turnover rate is through the roof. Do yourself a favor and stay for away from the business if you want a successful career.
