No clear directions VPs encourage gossips, gossips tons of politics considering size of the company HR runs the show no work-life balance if you accept offer, plan to work weekends and forget your family time before accepting offer, check with hiring manager about previous employee tenure (offcourse you willn't get correct answer) who worked in this position if they want to let employee go, senior management plays politics with team members
