Horrible place to work They do not care about employees. The upper management are drama obsessed vultures. Not only do they create unnecessary drama in the work place, but they bully lower status employees. They also gave zero loyalty to employees. They constantly lay off dozens of individuals. Once I saw them call back 15 people with the promise of employment only to lay them off the day after . When I inquired as to the reason, I was told they were only needed for one day and no one would come in without the promise of long term employment. Sexual harassment is an issue in this workplace. I have personally seen the owner of the company make lewd advances or comments to the young female staff. Finally, this company promises growth and advance options but rarely promotes anyone.
