Horrible experience......Would not suggest anyone to join CVD Equipment Corporation My experience at the boot camp was horrible. They hired 10-15 people for just couple of positions, pitted against each other employees. Created some supervisor, mentor positions but no body cared. Each employee was so arrogant to accept fellow employees suggestions and as a result boot camp participants suffered. Very unprofessional attitude. Even the workshop people had attitude. All they know is just Autocad inventor...Thats it. CEO doesnt care what happens behind his back...They fire people for no reason an give lame excuses...saying we expected more.....Never join this company.....
