Horrible company who not only scams it's employees, what's worst is they scam their patients. This company is on a downward spiral. Closing 5 out of 9 locations in 2016 alone laying off more than 35+ employees who were given less than a 30 day notice. Not only is the pay horrible and out of touch with 2017, their scam is you'll make your money through their "bonus" system. Not only is the bonus system a joke, I had to contact the "CEO" MULTIPLE times to correct my underpaid bonuses. You are forced to use a company "script" from answering the phones, answering patient questions and describing treatments. The script is riddled with lies, falsehoods, errors, and it was all designed to manipulate elderly people to schedule appointments. RENUVA IS OUT OF NETWORK, and DOES NOT WORK WITH ANY MEDICAL INSURANCE OF ANY KIND, THIS MEANS YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR ANY TREATMENTS. No matter what you're being treated for or your condition is, every patient has to spend $5000, for 24 visits over 6 weeks. This is the scam: Manipulate the patient, collect their $5000 dollars, convince them their pain can be cured, when in fact Renuva only relieves the pain during the treatment process. After the 6 week/24 treatments, then patients are manipulated into a monthly "maintenance" program at further costs after spending $5000, and are forced to pay for it 6 months or a year up front. Please seek the advice from a real Dr. and not the "used car salesman" version of a Dr. whom is the owner of Renuva. Speaking of the owner, he's complete trash and a slime ball. While being married with 2 children, he decided to have an affair with with someone with in the company who was more than 20 years younger than himself. Rumors where so rabid with in the company, That the owner had to send out an email admitting the affair and asking for employee's forgiveness. I predict this company will completely close it's doors with in 18-24 months. Please stay away from Renuva most importantly as a patient, but if you're considering employment, RUN RUN RUN far away.
