High turnover, Micromanagers, racist .Runn Since the Germans took over this place has been a bad bad show. The germans took over the board since the company was losing money. The germans voted out the FOUNDER/CEO Adam and they took over. They kicked out all of the founders and co founders. That is when I knew this would go downhill . They are micromanagers and very toxic work environment. The germans here and some employees are very racist. I was call racial names while working in the engineering department. I advise anyone to not work here and to find a better company. I am very happy that I am no longer there it was too racist and too toxic.The business was failing and they always change the pricing to keep afloat . The business is still falling apart from what I hear. They have people from Germany now living here illegally and working in the nyc office. In Engineering department we were given horrible work and crazy projects that never worked.
