High risk venture great for someone independently wealthy who wants to work 60+ hours a week. Each office individually owned so some offices are great, others terrible. Low commission split industry wide and very restrictive non-compete clause in the independent employee contract. Depends too much on luck and it is very difficult to control everything that has to happen to get to a closing so the employee may need to invest hundreds and hundreds of dollars upfront without knowing if the deal will close so they can get their commission - most new hires don't realize this until they are months into working without a paycheck or the hope of a paycheck. The company claims the average independent contractor will get a commission check within 90 days of at least $5,000, but reality is maybe you'll get $5,000 after 6 to 9 months if you invest a lot of time & money for travel and you have a lot of luck. There is no real teamwork.
