heading in wrong direction now ... not so much. I'd try elsewhere. they don't give a set number of students, hours, or pay, are never able to give you even an estimate (if they do it's usually dishonestly positive) and ask you to do an unending amount of work outside of session that you don't get paid for. not a grown up company. and they keep 80% of the insane hourly rate they charge the client. not worth the non compete. your initial rate might sounds good, but factor in the work you do outside of sessions and you make more at Princeton review or kaplan, especially if they can give you more hours. or literally any other competitor...
