Hara Partners is as Bad as it gets The current office is small. Actually tiny like a closet. people (sometimes 6) in a space where it should only hold 2 people. Chairs are constantly bumping all the time, conversations talked out loud is very distracting. Sweat shop atmosphere. No Startup atmosphere. They've been in business for 8 years now. * I feel burned out everyday yet there are no clients / work to do. Micro-managed by "management" who needs their ego's boosted. No diversity at all as I am the only female designer left. Salary is way below industry standard. I work jobs on the side. Paychecks come whenever they feel like paying me which is scary. There is zero benefits ... ZERO.
