Great support staff, poor incentives and pay The pay is base level and most of the talented employees that work there are made to feel like their jobs are always on the line. The CEO is not so nice. The CEO also has two dogs that have bitten staff members/torn their shirts/bark loudly and viciously whenever staff or guests enter the office. The grants this company gets are huge but the staff for these grants are over-worked and under-paid. An earlier review talked about witch hunts and it is very true. You will often be called into large meetings, vaguely barked out about some random sexual harassment or gossip chatter, or schooled on what you can or can't wear like a middle school child. The company is disorganized and there are a lot of audits that happen because of this disorganization. The State's relationship with this country is also poor.
