Great People, But Not Enough Emphasis on Professional Growth A consequence of a newer, smaller office is a looser structure with occasional improvisation in lieu of adhering (or developing) company standards. This can result in some confusion as to how things are supposed to be done. Also, in trying to acquire projects and newer clients, the office can be a little over-ambitious. Not enough emphasis on professional development and a confusing leadership model.
