Sean Rice

Great colleagues, HORRIBLE management leadership Sean Rice, being the CEO and founder, is at the root of the bad leadership culture and it trickles down to the partners and principals. While some of the partners and principals will try to protect their people, they are also at the mercy of Sean's shouting and anger. He often asked me to cancel vacations or holidays, stayed way late after hours consistently, and made you do silly chores that are ridiculous. Having left HRG a long time ago, and having worked for a number of companies that have amazing leadership where no one has EVER shouted or yelled at anyone, it's really clear how bad the culture at HRG is and why anyone would ever want to subject themselves to the pain and humiliation that Sean puts people through.
