Good people. Bad management. Recent management hires are highly political and will throw others under the bus every chance they can. Executive management turns a blind eye to this behavior and pits senior executives and mid-managers against each other creating a highly political environment. Limited opportunities for advancement with many long time employees adverse to change, which shows with the outdated technology. Too much bureaucracy for a small asset management firm. Workloads are unbalanced with many employees under utilized and most department overstaffed.
