Good people, poor management Management does not seem to care too much about getting reviews done on time, raises, or promotions. They just want you to work. Reviews will be delayed for months at a time, some years. If you get a promotion good luck getting the money for it. They will say they need to discuss it with upper management but this too will be delayed for months. Management is too busy to care about the employees. Technology that you use for your job is antiquated, but that too will get ignored. Don't ask for anything you will be denied it.
