Good if you have no other options Small modest base with a lot of hurdles to make anything more than that. They will start you off on a 50-55k base salary but it is really a draw against your commisions. You would need to do at a minimum of 350k in sales to make one penny more than that. After certain people hit that milestone it seemed that it was still a battle getting any type of money out of them. There was a girl who went well above that number and she was not getting paid properly. The ad's themselves are very low quality where they gaurantee a mininmum of 100,000 in distribution. This is not audited and they will instruct you on how to go around it with clients. Basically teaching you how to mask the low quality. The employees , event their top people make very little money but act like they make more. The easiest way for you to get the truth if you are considering this, is to ask for paystub or some type of proof. Their top 3 sales people don't event make 100k a year for example. The office space is the cheapest ,crappiest space you can find in the location. Overall the people were cool but from a business perspective its not a good match. Unless you have no other option or are in the process of just needing something for now. You will not be happy at this place. They tend to hire societies outcasts who would never be hired by a normal company.
