Going downhill This company does not have your back. Decisions are made behind closed doors. People who are very smart get let go or leave while people who never meet goals get to stay. The structure of the company is disorganized and top heavy. I feel like I was sold a to-good-to-be-true job and this isnt what I thought it would be.
