Get out now, not worth it Funny when you read the positive reviews and can tell how fake they are. When someone says cons: too much opportunity.....come on! You really have nothing negative to say? I worked for genz for 7 years, after the new owner came in, made everyone in the office a "vp", started treating old employees like crap and bringing in tons of new people that have zero idea what their doing. Highest turnover rate ive ever seen or heard of. I can name at least 10 people that have had 15 to 30 years at genz ryan that quit and went elsewhere. Not to mention another 30 people that had 2-10 years at that company and quit. Just a matter of time before new owner amd management run this company into the ground. If Bob Ryan was still at the helm none of this would have happened
