Fun until it wasn't No room to advance. No accountability. CEO seemed more concerned about bottom line. Horrible severance. Two weeks ago during the initial outbreak of Covid we were all brought together in a meeting and told plainly: "All your jobs are safe. No one is getting fired." This was after a huge round of layoffs in December without warning. Two weeks later over half the company was laid off within 24 hours. All through phone call or text. We aren't allowed in the office to get out stuff but have been told "a courier will be around to drop it off." The CEO kept pushing that we are a family but if we are how did this happen? There's word he will be hiring everyone back once all this "calms down," but no one has heard anything. My severance was a week and I receive no benefits from my time working there. No one ever knew what was going on and our CEO didn't help things by changing his mind constantly about the direction the company was taken. We have all been afraid for our jobs for months but we were told it would be okay.
