Former employee Management is ran by a couple, very offputting ?pillow talk? vibes. Management does not speak to employees except when there?s a meeting. Very disingenuous & uses spirituality as a manipulation tool. You can only take off two consecutive days a week, so if you have a three day trip, you can get fired. The job has absolutely nothing to do with art. I?ve worked here for 8 months and have seen 2 people get fired and 4 people quit due to unrealistic expectations or taking a trip ?without the boss?s consent.? Start up company so things change a lot, which is not a con until management expects employees to pick up slack, (i.e. we were required to do chores because ?we can?t afford to hire someone? & expected to stay late or come early.
