For how beautiful the building looks, the internal team does not match its world-class This is an institution that needs so much training, more staff, and overall strategic help. There is truly no diversity from the very top to manager level, offensive acts go unaddressed and management prefer to turn an eye to these situations simply because it?s too difficult. I only had these experiences in my department, but having left the institution and discover similar experiences to others who have left was alarming.
