Fool me once.... The cons started with executive leadership. Lack of vision, creativity, culture, collaborative environment, and direction. There was a great deal of smoke and mirrors surrounding the product and marketing efforts (that just never developed due to inadequate decision and expectation) that lead to lack of trust and support. There are 3 areas that drive the focus on a business. 1. Great Leadership 2. Great Culture 3. Great Product Lux missed on all 3.
