Financial Problems! The Shed has major financial issues. They?ve had financial issues since day one. Prior to Covid-19, there were financial issues and now that there?s no revenue is coming in it?s beyond recovery. It's only a matter of time before the company goes completely under. They overspend and the board have to bail them out. Last summer, the company did not have enough money to meet payroll. The board had to step in as always. They overspend and misuse money by paying the Executive team a high salary while everyone else gets the low end. Too early of a company to have a many financial issues. Management is horrible! The Executive team lies and covers everything. There is a diversity issue. They hired many people of color but they?re all at the bottom. And the few people of color on the Executive team like the Cheif Cive engagement officer gets paid the lowest salary of all Executive members. The people who gets advance are those close to the executive members. The COO?s Assistant makes more than Produders and Directors. It's terrible!
