False Promises The two owners promised grand delusions of awesome start-up perks, relaxed atmosphere, happy employees, and a one-team-one-dream attitude. The exact opposite is what ensued. Expect to work 12+ hour days 6 days a week, be criticized and made to feel like you aren't doing enough constantly, expected to regurgitate a false story and process to customers, and be put in compromising moral situations with customers daily. The practices behind these 'bespoke' 'custom' suits are a farce and the showroom staff is expected to lie to customers faces and tell them everything is made for them and fits perfectly when that is just not true. A good amount of your time will be spent managing customer anger and dismay when things do not fit after months of being late due to factory and operations issues. Your life and your moral compass is not your own when you work here. Turnover is exceptionally high and morale is exceptionally low for good reason.
