Red flag Very hierarchical with managers quick to place blame on analysts Have ?interns? join the company for eight weeks, pay them below minimum wage and sell them to clients as full time analysts People in and out every week means your team is always changing / onboarding Lacks diversity and doesn?t seem to have any initiatives to combat this Poor benefits / salary compared to other consultancies Worked very long hours, with no overtime which I don?t mind, but no thanks or acknowledgement
