Ethically questionable Management undermines employees. Clients are spoken poorly of. Frustrations are taken out on the least deserving. We've started building Squarespace sites that take 2 hours to put together and are charging clients $5k minimum. We aren't allowed to do any customization because that would cut into profits. The company is struggling so often times checks will bounce. I'm about to quit and I fully expect to be spoken poorly of when I'm gone.
