Don't. Ever. Work. Here. Employee turnover rate is super high, average time is less than a year. These employees come and go because they realize that they aren't helping MCN succeed; They are helping MCN survive. The employees who stay longer become a worse version of themselves. The training that I have received on my first day was uncoordinated and lacked vital information for the endless list of tasks that my position was supposed to cover. It took months to prepare and the position covered 70% of the department's functions. Not even kidding, this was healthcare work and none of the employees were able to set aside time to adequately train since they had busy schedules too. The 'team lead' was supposed to assist the manager but instead wasted time distracting others with ostentacious and offensive behavior. The 'secondary admin' did not support others, tasks were constantly stripped away from this position by the manager (could've just fired him). The manager displayed great amounts of disrespect and unprofessional dialogue as a result of tasks not being handled 'correctly' (despite the bad training). The manager also begged employees to work overtime often and on sick days just to finish the day's work. Yeah, sick days. Half of the veteran coworkers were just as hostile and showed little to no initiative or drive. Furthermore, the Recruiting and Records departments were suffering mutual problems as ours. This was not worth spending a year in this workplace. We were overworked, disrespected, underpaid, and I left feeling impacted by the dysfunction this department was breeding.
