Don't waste your time I've had the displeasure of living the nightmare that is Journelle. Save urself the time & energy. This company puts their focus in all the wrong places. Negative environment & they have people in upper management positions who are severely underqualified but you get what you pay for- and Journelle does NOT pay well. You will feel pressure on a daily basis and the expectations are way too high for what employees receive in return. Little to no gratis, no 401K plan, benefits are crappy, you will have to work forever just to get 1 paid week off, NO HR DEPARTMENT. Most employees will not hesitate to tell you how much they hate the job. I've never worked in a place where the employees complained so much about how unhappy they were. After a while (and it didn't take long), I became unhappy too. Don't let that be you! Not. Worth. It. Save. Urself.
