Don't Waste Your Time A disorganized, disrespectful, and most importantly dysfunctional management team. During my time there I witnessed the CEO talking about employees to other employees behind their back regularly and other members of the leadership team call employees stupid to their face. Receiving angry, stream of consciousness emails penned between and 4am by the CEO was also a regular occurrence. The 100% employee turnover every 18 months should surprise no one. A near total lack of investment in technology while masquerading as a ?tech company?. Shoutout to the ?global [freelance] engineering team? paid less than $10/hour. Considering none lived in the same time zone or spoke the same language, it?s impressive the product functioned at all. 3 Because of the above, forcing employees to blatantly lie about the product and its capabilities to both customers and investors. 4 Blaming non tech employees for lack of client renewals when clients explicitly cite technological problems as the reason for discontinuing service. . Far below market salary while working insane hours to cover up the nonexistent technology with creative ?hacks? (aka manually putting together reports for clients that were promised in the sale process but couldn?t really be executed with spending 20+ hours in the platform). I could go on forever but the thought of wasting another second of my life on this awful place is truly unbearable.
