Don't expect to stay here! The turnover. The president and management themselves have already fully admitted to being comfortable with the 20% turnover rate. Every person under the age of 40 that you speak to is actively seeking out new employment. It's crazy. You get lured in by being told it's one big happy family, but this couldn't be farther from the truth. Management is cliquey and non-transparent, very non development-oriented company (I mean, how can anyone who is comfortable with their employees leaving constantly care about development?). You see strange things like inappropriate relationships between (married) managers and their employees, clear favoritism exhibited on a constant basis. It's surreal.
