Do Not Work Here Cons include: Toxic work environment, your management DOES NOT keep their word. They cater to the ones who don?t care about the job and treat the ones who actually care like dirt. They do not offer DD, benefits, or even paid lunch break. If you are sick, or you have an emergency regarding your children or family, good luck trying to appeal getting a day off. They only care about one thing: picking up the phone in 3 rings. The training is horrible; You get 2-4 days of training (depending on how busy it is) and then your thrown on the phone to fend for yourself. Most people quit because of the horrible experience. Others just find an actual stable honest job. The rest, they just fire when they feel like they don?t want you anymore. They?ll just wait form you slip up on one bad call out of the 60-90 inbound calls you will get on your shift, write you up and then fire. Literally. But hey the favored people will have a good time. All the managers gossip to and about each other so trust nobody but your clock in/out time.
