Do not work here Well how do we start this off? Ive been working at the new holland facility for more than 3 years now and I cant say anything good about the place. Upper management has no idea what going on or if they do they obviously dont care. The pay is terrible and the overtime is a joke. No one follows policy in any department. The communication is terrible between the entire company in general I dont know how it even stays afloat some days. You get lied to on a constant basis by all of upper management and if you have a problem h.r wont do anything about it because they play favorites with senior employees who are usually the ones who start issues just because, and the fact that they treat everyone so badly and pay them so little that people show up and they're gone either by or before the end of the week they started, so I guess I lied, there is one pro, you can pretty much do whatever you want . I mean weve had quite a few heroine addicts in the place, high and strung out and they'll let things like that slide because they need the manpower so badly. The worst part is when we get new hires I always feel terrible for them because they come in thinking its going to be like a normal job and its the complete opposite, the upper managent is really good at manipulating people and acting like they care, then you hear your supervisor talking bad about you behind your back from other employees. Now in the case that anything gets stolen from somebody in this place dont expect anyone to even put an effort into giving a crap about it because h.r will just look at you and literally say and ask things like " why would you hang your jacket on a coat rack for? You were just asking for it to be stolen by somebody." Ive even seen a woman collapse on the floor from extreme abdominal pain because 2nd shift works 11-13 hour days 6 days a week every week because somehow the day shift manages to do absolutely nothing everyday which is the reason for the stupidly long shifts on 2nd shift. Anyway getting back to the happening the woman was left laying down on the floor in pain for 30 min she couldve died depending on what it was and her boss the person that shouldve called an ambulance thought it would be better to go out on a 30 min break instead because hey if you cant work for whatever reason you might as well be dead right?
