It's never "let's hear your opinion"; It's always "you do what I say or you suffer the consequences". CEO leads with a very authoritarian leadership style. Micromanages all the time without setting a clear goal for the employees. No overtime pay, even though working overtime is the most common thing in this place. No written company policies so you can't even argue with them. You just have to obey their rules. Expect last-minute assignments and meetings. And the meetings can be two- or three-hours long. Expect multi-tasking. Upper-management would ask you to do many other things that are not even remotely related to your job description and nitpick in the smallest details.
