A severe lack of general knowledge in the niche market/product manufactured in the MO plant result poor leadership overall. Manufacturing, engineering and design failures are often blamed on customers. There's no accountability from the company for their actions or decision-making inadequacies. Internally, fearmongering and deception are everyday standards portrayed by every "leader" in every department to govern over employees. At one point production employees were told, "We could have monkeys come do this job." Pay structures are setup to benefit upper level management only.
