DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY Nothing good to say about this company you are expected to work till you die. Long hours expected with zero work/life balance allowed. Work first family second. -Field engineers are given very low level assignments like payroll and health and safety that should be done by accountants or H&S personnel. Company is pledged by horrible project managers that treat people like dirt. These incompetent project managers regardless of how many complaints are made to HR against them will not be fired. -Project managers and Project engineers take on all technical decisions and do not mentor or inform junior engineers at all about why and how things are being done. All information is on a need to know basis leaving graduate engineers completely out of the loop trying to understand what?s happening. The opinions and ideas of junior engineers are ignored and completely disregarded especially if they are better than those proposed by more senior staff. The company?s motto is safety first blah blah the actual projects are run completely opposite to this. Safety is consistently disregarded and all incident reports are ?scrubbed clean? by the senior staff to ensure nothing incriminates them.
