Do not recommend Unfortunately, I came into this job thinking that it would be a great experience for me careerwise and that there was lots of room for growth and a great opportunity to gain lots of commission. On the contrary, it was impossible to get orders, and to get commission. The inventory is poor too and it was very competitive and agressive when they brought out the new inventory. The management was very unprofessional, micromanaged to the extreme. They watch everything that you do. Oh and they change the rules every day. I could write a novel about my experience, but if you can take away one thing, it is to not work here. Find a more stable job with more stable pay and set PTO. As much as they say you can build up PTO, it is impossible to do so. No one really went on vacation-if they did their job status was at risk.
