Do Not Ever Intern Here No structure at all for the internship "program". You are supposed to sit there for 9 hours a day while waiting to be assigned something to do, and not get paid for it. Most of the time, the assignment (if there was one given) was something not that important or beneficial to the work. Or you do the typical "intern" tasks, like running out to the store to fetch something or drop off a package if there was ever a need. To be fair, I can't speak for how it is to be a full-time employee that actually gets paid for their time, but the internship experience is one that is severely lacking in quality.
