Dishonest employer with unrealistic expectations! I worked for this company for 6 months as an Account Executive before I was let go due to poor sales performance. The training program was over 5 weeks long and I was not allowed to sell during this time. Since I began my employment during the slowest time of the year to sell trade show booths (Summer) and was give ZERO viable leads, this company has unrealistic expectations of what can be achieved in 4 and a half months! I was given a warning letter after only 3.5 months of selling and was fired 30 days later even though I had opened several high profile doors and had a verbal agreement on a 200k plus deal. On top of that the employer dishonestly claimed I quit, causing my unemployment to be denied. Furthermore I did not encounter ONE employee during my 6 months that would agree with the ?Pros? listed in some of these positive reviews... they seem fishy to me! Anyone who is looking to work for this company should be aware of the following facts: 1) The owner practices negative reinforcement and will belittle you every chance he gets. He will also do this to potential customers if they do not align with his point of view! 2) There is an excessive amount of non productive meetings that will require you to be sitting in an office instead of selling. 3) There is an abnormally lengthy design process/timeline compared to the competitive companies, it takes a minimum of 2 weeks from when a design request is submitted until you will have a concept to present your perspective client. 4) You will be out priced by the competition, so you will need to sell the service over price, which is very difficult when you are not given enough time to build relationships.
