Disappointed Treated like I was Expendable, understaffed all the time put me in danger of covid. Made me do job of 3 people started with 2 other Service concierges then one by one they left. I left alone with 4 months of experience to handle the service drive doing more than 5 different tasks at a time, I was already struggling by being understaffed and the Covid happens, they made no changes to the influx of clients we received. So we got more costumers and I was still the only service concierge creating absolute chaos for me, overwhelming me causing me to make mistakes, instead of either hiring more or assigning some more help for me they took on more costumers, showing me how little disregard they had for my health and safety, because the more costumers the more cars I have to get into the more people I have to interact with, all during this covid surge?
