There is a huge turnover rate within the company which speaks volumes as to the stability of it. When it comes to ?raises? and ?promotions? there is barely ever a 3% increase and that can get delayed upwards of six months to be placed into effect. Additionally promotions are essentially non existent. A promotion includes more work for a very small amount of increase payment with insane expectations that follow. Complete overhaul is vital to success. Directors need to learn to listen staff instead of going behind people?s backs and talking about nonsense within the workplace. Also, never expect any sort of bonus regardless of time spent as an employee within the company. Someone can be working there upwards of ten years and the only ?bonus? given is something personalized from the company that could have been spent much better.
