Dead End Job TRCo/TLC Marketing is a big facade ..they lie to you and their clients from day one. They overemphasize their promises to every one who they come across from employees to clients. I was so excited to finally break into an agency until I saw their poor business model, unethical values and unrealistic targets. The level of professionalism is extremely low and being associated with them can taint your name. The higher ups don't seem knowlegeable and are more interested in the number of sales rather than the value of the campaign or relationships that they build with their their clients. Promotions are given based on if they think you are "cool" rather than your numbers. It also seems like all fun and games until the higher ups have their yearly mood swings where they threaten to fire every one if their unrealistic targets aren't met. Stressful environment that no one should have to deal with. Health insurance and benefits are extremely poor and you end up paying a lot for it. Extremely long hours!! Follows a Wall Street Wolf Philosophy...I think that speaks volumes about this company
