Culture has gone from bad to worst... Horrendous place to work at. Not sure whose had more people walk in and out of their doors...an amusement park or this company. Direction from ignoramus and incompetent upper management changes daily. Failures are your fault but successes are theirs. Systems are outdated, no one smiles, everyone is in bad moods and every department lacks basic communication. All departments play the blame game instead of coming up with a resolution to fix the issue. Pay isn't competitive. The only positive reviews are obviously from HR, Upper management or anyone that was instructed to do so.
