Communication breakdown. Nobody knows what anybody else is doing in the company. It seems all levels of management are merely trying to keep their heads off the chopping block, as a weekly "people on the move" company-wide email is sent out. Due this passive (useless) management roll, nothing important EVER gets done to help drive sales/distribution. Good, factual, data-proven results are not rewarded or acknowledged in any way; but instead are pushed aside and replaced with ridiculous busy work, random wild goose chases and errands fit for an intern. Also, there is no unity within the company. Never have I witness such harsh rivalries WITHIN a company. It seems different teams are pitted against one another by upper management, and an elitist, contemptuous corporate structure emerges. You like drama? Welcome to the Super Bowl of office politics.
